Return Policy

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from WPS, you may return it in salable condition within 90 days of the invoice date (unless otherwise specified in the product description).

If returning a kit, all components of the kit must be returned in salable condition to receive credit. For packages of forms, all forms must be returned unused to receive credit. We will issue a credit or refund (if requested) for the cost of the returned materials.

Our exchange policy of online forms aligns with our 90-day return policy. The exchange of online forms is conditional upon the bundle of online uses being unused.

Before returning any print materials or to request an exchange of online forms, please email returns@wpspublish.com, or call 800-648-8857 for a return authorization number.

Shipping and handling chargers are not refundable.
